    Job Purpose

    To promote the brand, drive in-store sales, and provide an excellent customer experience by showcasing women apparel products, understanding customer needs, and maximizing conversions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Understand customer preferences to recommend suitable apparel products.
    • Promote new arrivals, offers, and key collections to increase sales.
    • Demonstrate product features, fabric details, sizing, and styling options.
    • Assist customers with trials, fitting rooms, and upselling accessories.
    • Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure product availability.
    • Track daily sales, targets, and customer interactions.
    • Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand to the store manager.
    • Support promotional events, in-store campaigns, and seasonal launches.
    • Handle basic billing or coordinate with the cashier when needed.
    • Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
    • Build customer loyalty through excellent after-sales service.
    • Social media marketing / other marketing skills.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Prior experience in apparel retail, sales, or customer service (preferred)

    Job Purpose

    To design and develop women’s apparel collections that reflect current fashion trends, brand aesthetics, and customer preferences, while supporting the production and merchandising teams in creating commercially viable garments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes specific to women’s wear.
    • Create mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for seasonal collections.
    • Design a range of women’s apparel including casual wear, office wear, ethnic, fusion, or evening wear as required.
    • Prepare technical sketches, specifications, and measurement charts for production.
    • Coordinate with sampling and production teams to develop prototypes and finalize designs.
    • Select fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories suitable for designs.
    • Modify designs based on fit trials, client feedback, and market requirements.
    • Ensure designs align with brand identity, quality standards, and commercial feasibility.
    • Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and sourcing teams for smooth production.
    • Assist in lookbooks, catalog shoots, and presentations for buyers or internal stakeholders.
    • Stay updated with fashion trends, sustainable practices, and innovative techniques in women’s apparel.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, JD, INIFD, or equivalent)
    • Strong illustration and conceptualization skills (manual and/or digital)
    • Proficiency in CAD and design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, etc.)
    • Knowledge of fabrics, draping, garment construction, and pattern making
    • Trend forecasting and color story development skills
    • Creativity combined with commercial awareness

    Job Purpose

    To oversee the end-to-end execution of apparel manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost efficiency, and alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage apparel manufacturing projects from concept to delivery.
    • Collaborate with design, merchandising, production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor production schedules and resolve bottlenecks to meet deadlines.
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and track progress.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for management.

    • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP software.
